JR Construction was formed in 2005 by owner Jeremy Rutt. We are a family owned small business that has been growing steadily ever since, mostly by word of mouth from one satisfied customer to another. Jeremy has accomplished this through integrity in pricing, quality workmanship, respect to customers and their homes but most of all, hard work. Jeremy has over 20 years of construction experience.
He is married to wife Jennifer Rutt who has always aided him in designing spaces and creatively solving design challenges. She is experienced with CADD, and works alongside Jeremy through the design and selections phase of a build. Along with these responsibilities she raises their four children.
Both Jeremy and Jennifer were born and raised locally, now living in Lebanon County on a farmette. They both love raising their family on a hobby farm in the countryside. Their love for this area runs deep, along with the roots of their heritage. They not only want to help people achieve the beautiful home of their dreams, but also to elevate and improve the area they live in.

We meet in your home to discuss your ideas and needs that will allow your home to function better for your family. We take detailed measurements which aid us in the design process.
We design your space, coming up with a custom layout for your space, creating 3D renderings to help you visualize your new home and how it will work for you. As an additional bonus, we curate a custom design board for your space to help with the finish selections process.
We build and reshape your space. Jeremy has over 20 years of remodeling and building experience. We take pride in our quality workmanship and the integrity of our employees. We also acknowledge that your home has become our work-site and we strive to show respect to you and your home during the construction phase.
